Photography. Amarilis Studio specializes in wedding photography, pre-wedding photo shoots, welcome dinners, post-wedding sessions, couple photography, engagement, and elopement. Additionally, family and boudoir photo sessions.
What is your photographic style?
The photographic service is in a reportage style, which means I capture spontaneous photos without interfering with the natural flow of events. I strive to authentically capture gestures, glances, moments, and details, infusing them with a touch of glamour. Do you speak my language?
Yes, Marilisa speaks English and Spanish fluently, and also has a basic understanding of German and French.
Do you also do video?
No, I exclusively focus on photography. I have chosen to dedicate myself solely to the art of photography, creating services directly from my creativity. If you are interested in videography, I can assist you in finding a studio that specializes exclusively in video production.
How can I request a quote?
To initiate the process, please fill out the form on the “Contacts” page to verify the date’s availability, which is crucial. Subsequently, you will receive all the necessary preliminary information.
Are you willing to work away?
I have a passion for travelling and exploring new places and cultures. I am available to work wherever there is a love story to tell, whether it’s in Italy or abroad. I truly feel at home when I’m on the move! Each year, I undertake numerous assignments, and if the destinations align, travel costs can be optimized to your advantage.
How far in advance should we contact you?
It is advisable to reach out as soon as possible. The most suitable timeframe is within a year before the event. I typically begin scheduling commitments from December two years prior; dates tend to fill up quickly, although not before then.
I want you as my photographer! How can I officially book the date?
Thank you, first of all! Due to the high volume of requests, I do not reserve the requested date until the contract is signed and agreed upon by both parties. The initial installment, paid as a deposit, ensures the protection of both parties.
Do you work alone or with a team?
It’s up to you! You have the option to choose only me or to have me along with a second professional photographer. Never an assistant or baggage carrier, but always an independent professional with their vision, complementing mine. The choice is made by me based on understanding your story and desires. Having a second photographer adds a different perspective to the photographic work, a story telling at 360°.
Do you work with packages?
Generally, I provide three solutions catering to various budgets and preferences. However, there are additional services that can be selected à la carte and incorporated into the proposals for personalization if you desire something unique! Extras (which will be discussed together) can also be added after the contract has been signed.
How long until we have our photos?
The delivery time of the work can vary from 6 to 12 months; the photographic story of the wedding is not simply a mechanical action but a true story. The time is necessary to review and choose the images with emotional transport, edit them with attention to the tastes of the couple, enhancing the light and colours that characterized your day. The time spent is related to the care and dedication of the work, to the advantage of quality; post-production work is personally done by me, with great attention. However, every couple has the opportunity, if they want the photos as soon as possible, to purchase FAST DELIVERY as an extra service, which involves a delivery time of 3 weeks. The availability of purchasing the service must be evaluated at the time.
How will the photos be delivered?
The delivery time for the work can vary from 6 to 12 months. The photographic story of the wedding is not merely a mechanical process but a genuine narrative. This time is essential for reviewing and selecting images with emotional resonance, editing them with attention to the couple’s preferences, and enhancing the light and colors that defined their day. The duration reflects the care and dedication invested in the work, ultimately contributing to its quality. Post-production is personally handled by me with great attention. However, couples have the option to expedite the process by purchasing FAST DELIVERY as an additional service, guaranteeing delivery within 3 weeks. The feasibility of acquiring this service should be discussed at the time of booking.
How long do you keep the photos?
The photos captured during the wedding are always stored with double backup measures. At the conclusion of the event, they are archived on dual backup systems. Upon delivery, I undertake to retain them for an additional year on your behalf. Moreover, during the delivery process, I make it a point to provide guidance on the optimal methods for preserving and passing on these memories in the years to come.
